Paying business taxes can also be done online, and these are usually done through your state as well.  The best place to find where you are able to do this would be by going to your states website.  There you will be able to find different services they offer.  Most of the time they make it so easy to pay your taxes because if you didn't it would cost the state even more money to pursue you, and make you pay what is owed. 

It is very easy to find a place where you can pay any kinds of taxes online.  Whether it's city taxes, state taxes, or any other kind.  You can also find places online where you can send in past dues for back taxes.  These are usually given to you by either your city or state tax department.  They work through them so that it is easier for you to pay what is owed to them.  They normally do not charge a fee for that, the service usually charges the city or state.
